Finishing off this year's black history series by celebrating my new millennium babies. And who better to honor: my most mentioned celebrity doppleganger Ms Kelly Rowland circa 2002 in the Dilemma music video featuring Nelly. This is the matte blue eye + sculpted nude lip and signature bright red short hair Kelly used to rock in the early 2000s and I thought it would be a perfect way to end off the series.
